The piece will be part of a program of works exploring story and narrative forms and will be part of the Deep Wireless Festival of Radio and Transmission Art as well as the TransX Transmission Art Symposium.

Anoush Tabai Degree Recital

And the Lands Were Dreaming (2015) is a song cycle commissioned by clarinetist, Anoush Taba’i, for voice, clarinet and piano. The poetry are by Persian poets Sohrab Sepehri and M.R. Zaman.

It will be world premiered on March 11th, 2016 at 7:30 pm in Walter Hall, Toronto Ontario.
